הארגון WCAG מגדיר דרישות למעצבים ומפתחים לשיפור הנגישות עבור אנשים בעלי מוגבלויות. ישנם שלושה שלבים של התאמות: שלב a, שלב aa ושלב aaa. האתר הרשמי של היפתיה בע״מ מותאם חלקית על פי WCAG 2.1 level AA. המשמעות של מותאם חלקית היא שחלק מהתוכן לא מתכתב באופן מוחלט עם סטנדרט הנגישות.
